The included breakfast offers a nice variety.
The noise levels were high, with thin walls allowing me to hear every detail from neighboring rooms and the corridors. Despite reporting the issue, the staff did not intervene, and the television had no English channels were nice.

clean, clean, clean
The hotel amazed me with its perfect cleanliness. The bathrooms were super clean, and the linens were crisp and fresh. I enjoyed a good breakfast every morning, with a nice variety of options to kickstart my day. Being just a five-minute walk from the tram station made it super convenient to explore the city's fine attractions!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The guy at the front desk decided it was more important to type away on this pc for 4 minutes before checking us in. When he did finally he claimed we hadn't even made a booking and attempted to charge us twice. The place was overrun by teenagers obviously waiting to fly somewhere but the reason I raise this is because all the room keys are behind the front desk but within arms reach of guests. Maybe 5 times in the time it took us to check in did I see a kid pick up a key I can only assume was for their room and run off with it. Hardly secure! Our room was next to a shared bathroom, though we had a bathroom. When we asked if we could change room the hapless fool at the front desk said there were no other rooms (even though Booked.net showed 4). So we were constantly disturbed by the sound of a flushing toilet. The room itself was dirty and badly needed a lick of paint. The shower was tiny and cheap oh and AC didn't work. Finally, the breakfast was a joke.

I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and it was pretty nice! The shower was lovely, always a win. It had a fridge that came in handy. Great breakfast variety each day, and the staff made mornings cheerful. Only minor issue was the room felt a bit dated, but overall, it was comfortable and had what I needed.

Breakfast was decent and taxi service was fast to arrive.
We didn't like the stay whatsoever and will not go back or recommend this place. Very cramped conditions, not in good condition, very austere. Staff was not helpful: out of four hotels in three cities in Italy, this is the only one that couldn't use our valid credit card causing us significant inconvenience trying to reach them and re- book. The worst part is when the air conditioning was shut off at 2am. We went to the desk and asked for it to be restarted, but were told to be patient as it would come on in a couple of hours. The temp outside was in the 90s in the day and 80s at night. The ac did not come on and we had to leave for the airport at 7:30am. The only good part was the two cappucinos we managed to get down in time to get a taxi and make our flight.
